The scent of pines surrounds me. Brings me back to the forest. The time I spent taking in my thoughts and breathing. Breathing air that the trees would share. The dry leaves of fall crunching and the limbs of trees creaking like opening doors. These doors open in my mind and unveil hidden rooms through which I find a little bit more of myself in every room. But there is no pine trees. The smell is the rosin from my bow. It's late winter and I am trapped in a conundrum I rather wish I wasn't. Oh how I wish I could return to the pine wood. Alone with my thoughts and my Self.

Stop. Breathe. Realization is a hard thing to have. But you know when you have it. It envelopes you and drowns you in emotions. Not the kind you'd like at the moment but they're handed to you and left with you. You don't know what to do with them. You don't know how you came to have your initial feelings in the first place but you liked that feeling. Now it's replaced with ugly feelings. Feeling that make you want to explode with unhappy thoughts. What do you do? Breath in. Breath out. Put the bad emotions out. You don't need them. They're unnecessary. They're not conducive to what I need in life. Focus. Think. Smile. Breath in. Breathe ou
